What we do
Regardless of the project scale, we have a wealth of experience in guiding our clients through their projects to achieve high-quality, impactful architecture.

Considered design for exceptional homes.
We specialise in high-quality residential projects where design, materiality and detail are paramount. Our work is defined by a calm, carefully considered approach, creating homes that feel both refined and effortless.
Whether reworking an existing property or designing a new home, we focus on proportion, light and spatial clarity, ensuring each project is tailored to the way you live.
We place a strong emphasis on material selection, craftsmanship and buildability. From the composition of spaces to the junctions between materials, every element is carefully resolved to achieve architecture that feels coherent, balanced and enduring.

We have a wealth of experience in the conservation, adaptation, and maintenance of listed buildings, including in-house AABC conservation accreditation.
Working with listed buildings requires a careful and informed approach. We understand the importance of preserving architectural character while adapting spaces for modern uses for which they may not have been originally intended.
We have extensive experience navigating the additional constraints that come with listed properties, including working closely with conservation officers and preparing clear, well-justified proposals to support successful applications.
Our approach balances respect for the original fabric with thoughtful, bespoke interventions—ensuring any changes feel appropriate, considered and enduring.

For over 30 years, we have worked across hundred of churches and ecclesiastical buildings, where architectural, historical and community considerations are closely intertwined. These projects require a careful and collaborative approach, balancing the preservation of historic fabric with the evolving needs of congregations.
We understand the importance of respecting the character and significance of these buildings, while enabling thoughtful change that supports accessibility, flexibility and long-term use.
We work closely with clergy, committees and stakeholders to develop proposals that are both sensitive and practical, ensuring that any interventions sit comfortably within the existing building while enhancing its use for modern worship and community activities.
